MAJOR CHANGE TO THIS SATURDAYS PAPW CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

This Saturday Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling presents DieselMania V.

The main event will feature 2021 Rumble In Paradise winner Marcel Williams taking on PAPW Champion Matias. As of Sunday PAPW owner Mario Mancini took to social media to announce that Richard Holliday has defeated Matias in a non title match and will now exercise his right to a title match. The main event is now made a Triple Threat.

PODCAST, INTERVIEW UPDATES

The podcast and the interview sections have both been updated. The interviews include some of my favorites I’ve done in the last two years. Including Ryan Fraust, legendary Northeast referee Dave Dwinell on his new book Ringman & “The Cure” Lucas Chase.

I’ve also started a new series on my own called “A Brief History” on certain feuds in PAPW which are episodes leading up to current day and the upcoming Rumble In Paradise Pay Per View which will stream on FITE August 28th. APPEARING IN THE RUMBLE AT PARADISE WILL BE…

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling posted a video on their YouTube channel on entering the Rumble In Paradise.

Mario Mancini has announced himself as being in the Rumble. Paul Roma was also in the video and says he’s going to take part in the Rumble as well. Whether Roma actually takes part is yet to be seen. Stay here to find out!

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling Presents Rumble In Paradise and for the first time will be on FITE! The event has a low cost of $9.99.

PAPW World Championship title match will feature current champion Matias defending against former champion and current MLW star Richard Holliday.

The longest reigning and ONLY three time PAPW World Tag Team Champions Da House of Payne will defend their belts against Waves & Curls.

2021 ECWA Women’s Super 8 winner Megan Bane takes on Rebecca Scott

Plus a 30 Rumble In Paradise with the winner gaining an shot a PAPW Champion at DieselMania in September.

Dominic Denucci Passes Away

We have received word that Dominic Denucci has passed away.

Denucci started his wrestling journey as an amateur in Greco-Roman wrestling. He made his pro wrestling debut in 1958 in Montreal as the Masked Marvel. In 1959, DeNucci started teaming with the Dino Bravo (not to be confused with the WWF’s Dino Bravo) as Dominic Bravo, a kayfabe brother.

In 1964, DeNucci made his debut for World Championship Wrestling (Australia). He feuded with Killer Kowalski. On November 7, 1964 he defeated Kowalski for the IWA World Heavyweight Championship in Melbourne.

He would wrestle in various territories through out the sixties before arriving in the WWWF in 1967. DeNucci won his first World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF) title, the WWWF International Tag Team Championship, with Bruno Sammartino by defeating The Mongols (Bepo and Geto Mongol).They lost the title to The Mongols three days later.

On May 13, 1975, DeNucci and Victor Rivera won the WWWF World Tag Team Championship from Jimmy and Johnny Valiant. In June, however, Rivera left the WWF, and Pat Barrett became DeNucci’s replacement partner. They lost the title approximately three months later to The Blackjacks. DeNucci became a two-time WWWF World Tag Team Champion when he and his partner, the second Dino Bravo, defeated Professor Tanaka and Mr. Fuji on March 14, 1978. They held the title until June 26 when they dropped it to The Yukon Lumberjacks.

Denucci left the WWF in 1982 after his transitioned into the role of a preliminary wrestler. He would continue to wrestle full time until 1987. After which he would make sporadic appearances until 2012.

Denucci would also be known as a trainer many future wrestling stars including Mick Foley, Shane Douglas amongst other.

PARADISE ALLEY TO STREAM KING OF PARADISE ON TWITCH

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling has posted via Instagram that tomorrow nights King of Paradise Tournament will stream live on Twitch.

The annual tournament will feature the following first round match ups:

Bull Dredd vs Kylon King

Flash Waller vs High Voltage Omar

Saru vs Ichiban

Buzz Bloodsaw vs Maksim Morosov

On top of that the event will also feature Matias De Napoli defending his title against United States Champion Zafar Alrahji

In a number one contenders for the PAPW tag team titles Waves & Curls vs Sammy Diaz & Elijah Sixx vs former champions The Haven.

Action starts at 7:00PM EST. There is still a very limited amount of tickets to be sold at the door.

NEW PAPW BEHIND THE BELL

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling has premiered a new episode of Behind The Bell hosted by ring announcer Matt DaCorte and Ref Bill Thompson. They’re giving a rundown of this Saturday’s Iing of Paradise tournament.

MATCH ANNOUNCED FOR PAPW ALLEY FIGHTS

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling will return with Alley Fights April 17th.

So far announced for the event is former PAPW Alley Fights Champion Dustin “Flash” Waller going up against Troy Stevens.

PARADISE ALLEY ANNOUNCES APRIL DATE

Paradise Alley Pro Wrestling has announced the return of Alley Fights as they will be holding another April 17th. Advance tickets $10 Door $15. This will most likely sell out as this Saturday’s event, Power Play” sold out earlier this week. There will be limited seating in the building.
